Note: The adapter PP0004A is required to use the probe with the Autoprobe I interface.
The Hi-Z + Probe PP0003A is Keysight's first MMCX-compatible passive probe with an analog bandwidth of up to 1 GHz with less than 4 pF capacitive load . It offers all the user-friendly advantages of a passive probe with the performance of an active probe. The AutoProbe I interface offers offset and auto configuration of probe type and damping setting.
The PP0003A is intended for use on InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes with the AutoProbe I interface using the PP0004A adapter .
The probes PP0001A / 2A / 3A are a new generation of Hi-Z + probes in which the probe can be seen as a combination of probe and probe adapter (PP0004A). This combination does not have a fixed damping ratio, but rather several available damping ratios per given V / div setting in order to enable a very large dynamic range and a flat frequency response.

- 30 Vrms CAT II input voltage and up to 42.4 V peak value for transient overvoltage
- 10 MΩ input impedance at low frequencies
- AutoProbe I compatibility
- 1.3 meter cable length for easy handling
- Small 5 mm tip and compact probe head design for easy scanning of smaller measurement objects
- Variable attenuation, automatically configured by the oscilloscope
- Rigid tip for secure connection to the device under test
