Description
EL34143A | Electronic load, DC, 1-channel, input power 350 W / 150 V / 60 A, USB / LAN, with data logger
Superior performance in a compact benchtop format for device manufacturers and development engineers: The EL34143A programmable electronic DC load from Keysight is ideal for verifying power sources such as batteries, battery modules, solar cells, LED drivers or converters. Broadband semiconductor components such as MOSFET and IGBT can be characterized precisely and efficiently.
Special features:
- Integrated voltmeter and ammeter: precise current / voltage measurement of the test object in real time eliminates separate digital multimeter with shunt and cabling
- Integrated data logger: Characterization of current, voltage and power over time through continuous data acquisition
- Scope View: Fast waveform analysis without a separate oscilloscope and probe
The heart of the EL30000 series is a high-precision measuring system that provides real-time updates on the large 4.3-inch display. The electronic DC load is available with one input or with two inputs (only EL34243A). For higher current and power measurements up to 120 A or 600 W, the two inputs can be connected to a single channel (EL34243A).
Extended functions such as the oscilloscope view (Scope View), data logging and sequencing support the rapid acquisition and display of your measurement results. The integrated volt ammeter provides valuable additional information for simplified real-time decisions. You don't need a separate digital multimeter or oscilloscope with the appropriate cabling to make precise current and voltage measurements, calculate a power or analyze a waveform. You save and transfer your measurement results via USB stick, LAN or optionally via GPIB interface.
Application examples:
- Characterization of the battery discharge
- Testing of DC / DC and AC / DC converters
- Solar cell characterization
- Fuel cell measurements
- Test of LED drivers
- Consumer electronics charger testing
- Payload simulation
- Testing of power management ICs (PMIC)
