E5381B | Probe, 17 channel differential connects 90-pin logic analyzer

Keysight E5381B | Connection module, differential or single-ended, 17 channels, flying leads, 90-pin connector.

This connection module is intended to be used in conjunction with logic analyzers. If the test points are distributed on the board or if you forgot to set a test point, then this connection module is exactly the right thing. With the connection module, a whole series of additional different contact elements that enable integrated circuits to be contacted or to be soldered or soldered to SMD components, vias, test points, lines on the PC board.
This connection module can be used with any Keysight logic analyzer (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) that has 90-pin input ports.

Equipment and highlights:

  • 17 channels, 16 of which can be used as differential or single ended data channels; 1 additional channel for a single-ended or differential clock signal
  • Equivalent capacitive load: 0.9 pF
  • Maximum data rate: 1.5 Gb / s
  • Smallest signal swing Umax - Umin: 200 mV
  • Supplied accessories allow ICs, lines, test points and vias to be contacted
  • Can be connected to widely scattered test points on a circuit board
  • Compatible with all logic analyzers with a 90-pin cable connector as used in logic analyzers
  • The various contact elements supplied offer a high degree of flexibility
