85091D | RF ECal Module, 300 kHz - 9 GHz, 7mm, 2 ports

The Keysight 85091D electronic RF calibration module makes calibration of vector network analyzers fast, easy, and accurate. ECal is a precision calibration technique for your single port vector network analyzer. Performing a full two-port calibration with Electronic Calibration Modules (ECal) takes less than half the time and number of ports compared to mechanical calibration kits. In addition, the accuracy of the calibration between electronic and mechanical methods is comparable. Traditional mechanical calibrations require intense operator interaction that is error-prone. With ECal modules, the operator simply connects the ECal module to the network analyzer and the software controls the rest.

ECal modules are transfer standards that allow factory calibration accuracy to be transferred to your network analyzer. The 85091D Electronic RF Calibration System can be controlled using one of two methods depending on the network analyzer. Keysight's PNA and ENA series network analyzers control the module directly via a USB interface.
