The 34933A module is a slot for the Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) 34980A measurement data acquisition system and, with the 4x8 relay matrix, offers a universally usable and very densely packed unit for simultaneously using different measurement instruments at different test points of a module to be tested (DUT / Device Under Test).
Several matrix modules can be controlled via the analog bus of the 34980A in order to be able to set up a measuring system with an even higher number of channels. 1024 channels can be realized with 2-wire measurements - and this with a basic device.
This module can be configured as a single wire matrix to increase the number of channels. Several matrix modules can be controlled via the analog bus of the 34980A in order to be able to set up a measuring system with an even higher number of channels. 1024 channels can be implemented as 1-wire measurements - and this with a basic device.
This module can also be configured for 1 or 2-wire measurement. The optional connector blocks and the very tightly packed screw contact strips offer enough space for the cables and establish a robust connection to the DUT (Device Under Test).
The standard 78-pin Dsub connector can be used to contact normal cables and terminal strips.
