Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) Trueform technology is the next generation in signal generation and offers superior performance compared to previous waveform technologies. Trueform technology offers the lowest jitter and lowest harmonic distortion to improve the results of your most difficult measurements. The 33500B family of generators offers you the functional equipment, signal purity and flexibility you need to reliably characterize your components and designs.

With these generators you can generate all the signals you need for demanding measurements and you can be sure that the signal generator delivers exactly the signal that you expect. Now only buy as much power as you need and upgrade if necessary.
