The oscilloscope redefined: more oscilloscopes for the same money - thanks to revolutionary technology. The Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes offer features and upgrade options that you won't find in any other oscilloscope in this price range. These oscilloscopes offer a large screen , large memory and the highest signal update rate in this class.

These oscilloscopes are unusually versatile and can optionally be upgraded with a logic timing analyzer, a WaveGen function generator and the bandwidth. The ideal oscilloscopes for use in laboratories / research / development / production.
