For high-speed measurements, whether differential or only at one point, Keysight's 1131B differential preamplifier (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) has a bandwidth of 3.5 GHz in conjunction with the 2.5 to 3 GHz oscilloscopes the complementary solution of the 80000 and 90000 series. The extremely low input capacity, the flat frequency response and the patented resistance probe tips represent a very low load for the DUT (device under test) and thus offer high signal fidelity. The Infinii-Max 1130-34B series support a variety of applications with extremely small mechanical dimensions and offer a wide range of adapters and plug-on tips for this purpose.
