DAQ6510/7700 | Modular data acquisition and logging system DAQ6510 including 20 channel multiplexer card 7700

The DAQ6510 is a full-featured 6½-digit digital multimeter (DMM) for high-performance measurements on electronic components and devices.

The DAQ6510 has front panel input jacks that allow it to be used as a 6½-digit DMM for testing and troubleshooting. When multi-channel measurements are not required, the DAQ6510 acts as a data logger. This dual functionality allows you to get the most out of your device.

This bundle consists of the Keithley DAQ6510 including the Keithley 7700, 20-channel differential multiplexer, up to 50 MHz bandwidth, auto-CJC (Cold Junction Compensation), with screw terminals

Automated test systems:

The DAQ6510 has built-in intelligence to execute a test script, make decisions, and control other instruments. The Keithley Test Script Processor (TSP) measurement and control language allows users to run existing scripts or write their own. TSP scripting allows complete test programs to run directly on the device in the form of test scripts. Use a TSP script and the TSP-Link interface to perform a device-to-device communication test without the need for external PC control.

Software for simplified PC control, data acquisition and analysis:

KickStart allows you to configure, test and collect data for multiple devices such as DMMs, data loggers, current sources and SMUs. You can control up to eight devices simultaneously and access millions of readings per device. For optimal overview, KickStart displays your data graphically and also offers historical data comparison functions. Use KickStart to set up, program and control the DAQ6510 to configure channels, set limits or trigger sources and read results in real time in minutes. For the personal application software of your choice, the native drivers for Labview, IVI-C and IVI-COM are also available for download.
