The Keithley 6514 Electrometer is the worldwide standard for sensitive measurements in the research laboratory. The 5½-digit electrometer offers a sensitivity of 1 fA , 200 GΩ input impedance for voltage measurements and charge measurements down to 10 fC .

The 6514 is characterized by its extremely low noise . This ensures the most exact measurements of the extremely low currents, as they are necessary in device and material research.

The high measurement speed , even with signals with a low level, enables you to test low-level components more quickly.
