The SMU 2600B series offers single and two-channel models that support your measurement tasks as a precision power supply, electronic load, 6½-digit DMM (digital multimeter) and as an arbitrary signal generator - for an increase in productivity in I / V characterization in the laboratory to the highly automated production test. The integrated web-based software enables location-independent IV measurements on any PC. Alternatively, the simple and fast plug & play application is supported via the Keithley app IVy and an Android mobile device.
To optimize your test throughput, you can run complete test programs in automated system applications thanks to the intelligent TSP technology (Test Script Processor). Up to 32 TSP-compatible devices from the SMU 2600B series can also be connected via TSP-Link. A host interface enables the control of all integrated devices from a central PC. The built-in 500 ns trigger control of this multi-channel system enables parallel high-speed measurements with precise timing and optimal synchronization (SMU-per-pin test). For applications that do not require system-level automation, the 2600B series includes three particularly cost-effective benchtop models: 2604B, 2614B and 2634B. The performance of these model variants is comparable to that of their 2602B, 2612B and 2636B counterparts, without the TSP link, contact check and digital I / O function.
The optional software ACS Basic Edition is available for the development, quality inspection or error analysis of semiconductor components: with access to extensive test libraries, script editor for quick adaptation of existing tests and analysis tools for quick comparison of measurement results and for a wide range of mathematical functions.
