The Keysight InfiniiVision HD3 series oscilloscopes feature a particularly low-noise front end and an impressive resolution of 14-bit ADCs. Capture even the smallest signals more precisely than before.

Thanks to the update rate of up to 1.3 million wfms/s, the vertical resolution of 14-bit ADC, the lowest noise floor at 50 μVRMS (2mV/div, 50 Ω, 1 GHz) and the diverse, powerful features such as the Fault Hunter, deep memory and hardware-based functions, the HD3 oscilloscopes are suitable for many applications in the electronics, automotive, aerospace & Defense and more.

The "deep memory architecture" offers 20 Mpts deep memory for each channel with dedicated memory chips, which can optionally be expanded to 50 or 100 Mpts/ch. This means that there is no overlap between the channels. You can turn on all 4 channels and still get the maximum memory depth and maximum sampling rate of 3.2 GSa/s for each channel. The HD3 has no interleaving between channels, so you always get the highest memory and fastest sampling rate on each channel under typical test conditions.

  • Newly developed ASIC technology for update rate of up to 1.3 million wfms/s
  • Newly developed, hardware-based MegaZoom 5 with no performance loss
  • Powerful, hardware-based serial decoding, mask tests and more
  • Fault Hunter - automatically evaluates the properties of your signal based on user-definable criteria
  • Zone trigger function for up to 4 zones
  • Improved FFT functions with a wide frequency band from 0 to 50 GHz

The HD302MSO variant presented here is the 2 + 16 channel variant of the HD3 series with a bandwidth of 200 MHz. Expand the bandwidth up to 1 GHz depending on your requirements.

Alternatively, you can also get the HD3 as a 4 + 16 channel variant (HD304MSO).

The oscilloscopes of the HD3 series can optionally be equipped with a 100 MHz arbitrary function generator (WaveGen). Furthermore, the maximum recording length can be extended with the option HD3MEM-050 for 50 Mpts or HD3MEM-100 for 100 Mpts of analog channels per channel.

Benefit from the optimally coordinated software packages for embedded or automotive applications, which offer you extensive protocol triggering and decoding functions.
