The PCS1000I is a precision AC / DC current and voltage measuring device with correspondingly precise shunt resistances of 0.001 Ω, 0.01 Ω, 0.1 Ω, 1 Ω and 10 Ω, whereby currents are measured in 5 measuring ranges from 30 mA to 300 A. can be. Not only the current but also the input voltage is displayed with an integrated 6½-digit digital multimeter.

It should be emphasized that even after a long measurement period, the measurement accuracy is retained even by changing the temperature, since materials with very low temperature coefficients are used for the shunts.

The GW Instek PCS 1000I has an isolated BNC output for oscilloscopes. This significantly reduces potential measurement errors from oscilloscopes without isolated outputs.
