Description

GSM-20H10 | Stock sale - Precision Source Measure Unit (SMU), DC, 1 channel, 4-quadrant 210V/1.05A, 22W (DT2282_2210_L)

The GW Instek GSM-20H10 is a precision Source Measure Unit (SMU) that provides highly stable, instrument-quality DC and 6½-digit multimeter measurements. During operation, it can be used as a voltage source, current source, voltmeter, ammeter and ohmmeter. This makes the GSM-20H10 ideal for component property evaluation and test applications in manufacturing, including nanomaterials and components, semiconductor architecture, organic materials, high-efficiency lighting, passive components and material property analysis, etc.

The GSM-20H10 provides four-quadrant operation of ±210 V / ±1.05 A / 22 W. The first and third quadrants operate as power supplies to power the load. The second and fourth quadrants act as loads and consume power internally. Voltage, current and resistance values can be measured during the operation of the power supply or load function with an accuracy of 0.012% and a resolution of 1 μV / 10 pA / 10 μΩ.

In terms of sampling rate, the GSM-20H10 supports a sampling rate of up to 50k points/second, which can be used to accurately analyze the characteristics of the device under test. With the large 4.3-inch screen, all measurement settings, parameters and results can be fully displayed on the screen. The SDM (Source Delay Measure) function delays the sampling when the signal changes to prevent the unstable signal from being detected and causing a misjudgment. There are four built-in sequence output modes (Stair, Log, SRC-MEM, Custom), which can output up to 2500 points of sequence variations.

The GW Instek GSM-20H10 has over voltage protection (OVP) and over temperature protection (OTP). The SMU supports standard SCPI commands and offers RS-232, USBTMC, LAN and GPIB interfaces (optional).
