The GL860 is a powerful and state-of-the-art, isolated multi-channel data logger designed for demanding data acquisition and monitoring tasks. With its flexible application options, it is suitable for applications in the fields of industry, research, energy monitoring and process control. The GL860 combines high precision, user-friendly operation with extensive storage options and robust processing. This makes it an ideal solution for demanding measurement and monitoring tasks.

The GL860 enables the acquisition and analysis of signals via up to 30 channels (in conjunction with the B-563SL-30 module). This makes it ideal for applications where several sensors or measuring points need to be monitored simultaneously. Typical applications include temperature measurements, voltage monitoring, current measurements and the acquisition of process data. Thanks to its high insulation and modular design, the logger can be used safely in environments with high electrical interference fields.

The remote control option via the new G-REMOTE function significantly expands the range of applications. You can monitor and control the GL860 remotely when it is connected to the internet. In addition, the logger offers a data storage function that allows recorded data to be stored securely on a server.

The GL860-EU-563SL-30 variant presented here has 30 channels for voltage (20 mV - 100 V), temperature (thermocouples) and humidity (e.g. B-530) with a switchable output.B-530) with screwless clamp mounting.

Product features:

  • High acquisition speed: The GL860 offers sampling rates twice as fast as previous models. The minimum sampling rate is just 5 milliseconds.
  • Memory capacity: With an integrated 8 GB memory and the option to use SD cards, large amounts of data can be recorded over long periods of time.
  • Versatile terminals: Up to four different connection types are available, including screwless and screw-type variants, which can be used flexibly depending on requirements.
  • Advanced functions: New features include a memory loop function for longer recordings, an alarm history for tracking faults and a CH copy function for easy channel configuration.
  • Communication and software: The logger supports Modbus TCP and offers PC software for seamless integration and data analysis. The logger can be connected to a PC via USB or (optional) WLAN.
