The Fluke Networks Pocket Toner can be connected to any voice, data or video cable; Open / short-circuited circuits, continuity, AC / DC voltage and dial tone can be recognized - everything under protection up to 52 volts.
All pocket toners have two acoustic indicators in the main body and detachable buzzer toner units, removable push-on connectors, automatic switch-off and easy-to-interpret indicators.
The Pocket Toner is available in three models and several different kit configurations:
Pocket Toner NX1 - Identify and test (continuity, open circuits and short circuits) of singular coaxial cables in the active network.
Pocket Toner NX2 - All functions of the NX1 and more: Check coaxial cables for continuity, AC and DC voltage, short circuits, open circuits, 50-75 Ω termination and polarity with the Dial Tone Detective adapter.
Pocket Toner NX8 - All functions of the NX1 and NX2 and more: Check up to 8 cables simultaneously for continuity, short circuits, open circuits, 50-75 Ω termination and polarity with the Dial Tone Detective adapter.
