The compact Extech 380942 is a 30A mini clamp meter. The clamp meter features a remarkable 0.1mA (AC) resolution, very low current sensitivity, and a small diameter clamp that can reach small areas. The 30A range with 0.1mA (AC) and 1mA (DC) resolution is optimized to find problems where very small variations in current would be missed with standard clamp meters. This mini clamp meter is useful for troubleshooting in facility maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and telecommunications, as well as residential electrical, fleet maintenance, and marine and motorcycle repairs. Certified CAT III, this true-rms mini clamp meter comes with test leads, 2 AA batteries, a soft carrying case, and a user manual.
