Description
EXR058A | Real Time Oscilloscope Infiniium EXR Series, 500 MHz, 16 GSa/s, 8 Ch
The Keysight Infiniium EXR Series real-time oscilloscopes include twelve models ranging in performance from 500 MHz to 6 GHz, 4 or 8 analog channels, 16 digital channels, and dozens of hardware and software options. The oscilloscopes of the Infiniium EXR series are particularly powerful and easy and intuitive to use.
With a signal update rate > 200,000, even sporadic errors can be found quickly and without additional settings.
Each model features a 10-bit ADC with a sampling rate of 16 GSa/s available on all channels simultaneously. The usefulness of a high-resolution ADC depends on the low-noise front-end supporting the additional quantization stages. Our low-noise front-end includes custom ICs, such as the 130nm BiCMOS IC that includes user-selectable analog filters and bandwidth upgrades via software license. A resolution of up to 16-bit is possible in HighRes mode.
With the offline software and a simple daisy chain connection, up to 10 EXR can be connected for up to 40 channels with a single time base.
The Keysight Infiniium EXR Series comes standard with two useful tools that allow you to look forward and backward in time. In history mode, you can easily pause the oscilloscope at any time to review up to 1,024 previous trigger events. Segmented memory allows you to record up to 5,205 post-trigger events for analysis, with no limit between events. If your design features an elusive event that only seems to happen when you're not around, these tools can help you point the oscilloscope to look for that event so you can then leisurely review what's captured will. And with a Full HD screen of 1920x1080 pixels and support for a second, independent external monitor, this data can be organized and displayed.
The EXR058A oscilloscope is the variant of the EXR series with a bandwidth of 500 MHz and 8 channels. Alternatively, you can get the EXR in bandwidths of up to 6 GHz and with 4 or 8 analog channels.
Product features EXR series:
- 15.6" touchscreen display with Full HD, dual screen support
- 4 or 8 analog channels (upgradable)
- Bandwidth from 500 MHz – 6 GHz (upgradeable)
- Sample rate up to 16 GSa/s
