Solution 1:

Our webshop talks to your goods management system.

With this variant, you call up our webshop from your procurement system (1). So you can see your individual prices in our webshop and simply put what you need in the shopping cart.

The finished shopping basket is transmitted to your goods management system via an interface in the OCI standard (OCI = Open Catalog Interface) or cXML standard (SAP ARIBA commerce eXtensible Markup Language) (2).

Approval processes and final orders can be carried out easily from your system, as can invoicing and the payment process (3).

Solution 2:

With the E-Catalogue, our product range is in your ordering system.

With the E-Catalogue, you work in just one system: Yours. Various purchasing partners, including dataTec, make their product range available to your procurement system (1). This is usually done via an XML file in the common BMEcat format with the appropriate classification system (eCl@ss, UNSPSC etc.).

In your order system you can see your relevant product range and individual prices, compile the shopping cart (2), place an order, and handle the billing and payment process (3).

You can also assign different rights and integrate approval processes. With regular catalogue updates, the latest product range and prices are available to you.
