Ein leichter Druck auf das Gaspedal und der Rennwagen legt los. Der Körper wird gleich in den Sitz gedrückt, die Spannung nimmt zu, die Geschwindigkeit und die Beschleunigung sind ein unvergleichliches Gefühl. Vielleicht ein bisschen wie Achterbahn fahren. Im rein elektrisch betriebenen Rennwagen gibt keinen Verzug bei der Beschleunigung. Gas heißt Gas.
Das GreenTeam der Uni Stuttgart entwickelt seit 2009 elektrische Rennwagen und nimmt am internationalen Konstruktionswettbewerb Formular Student teil. Mit enger Zusammenarbeit, Erfindergeist und dem Ehrgeiz zu den Besten zu gehören, gelingt seit 2010 jährlich eine Platzierung in den Top Ten der Weltrangliste.
Das Interesse an Zukunftstechnologien, den Teamgeist und Ehrgeiz zu den besten zu gehören, treibt auch uns bei dataTec jeden Tag an. Und weil wir den studentischen Verein und dessen Zielstrebigkeit unterstützen möchten, haben wir 2021 und 2022 ein Netzgerät zur technischen Weiterentwicklung des Rennwagens gesponsert. Für die Zukunft, für den Erfolg.

Solidarity is needed by all in our society. Especially the smallest ones.
KidsProject – KiSS. Children and young people in particular need our support. That's why dataTec ran the Kids Project for 12 years. The focus was on certified children's sports schools (KiSS) throughout Germany.
More physical activity for children and young people.
What was it about?
Movement is important not just for children's physical development, but also for their mental and psychosocial development. They get to know themselves through play and thus strengthen their self-confidence. Playing with other children also develops social skills, improves motor skills and promotes enjoyment of physical activity.
In the project, dataTec specifically supported certified children's sports schools (KiSS). From 2010 to 2022, we provided more than 30 children's sports schools with T-shirts and sports equipment, and funded larger projects such as soft floor mats, football goals and training equipment. This enabled us to support the associations in their important work.
And now what?
In 2023, we decided to change our focus. We still see a responsibility in the development of children and young people – but more in the promotion of STEM careers. After all, who's to say that one day, with a little support, a curious child won't go down the path of science?
