Electronic damping
The digital regulation and control is based on a 14 bit AD / DA converter. The parallel signal processing of the digital signal processor (DSPs) leads to a standard runtime - measuring, calculating and setting - less than 4 µs. This means that current, voltage, power and resistance measurements with a bandwidth greater than 250 KHz can be processed simultaneously. The DC input circuit of the loads has active electronic damping, which ensures high current stability and prevents unwanted oscillation tendencies. All devices have a plug & play slot as standard and can be expanded with interfaces such as USB, Ethernet or an analog interface. All interfaces and the control unit on the front of the device are electrically isolated from the input.
