Here you will find precise source measurement units (SMU), also known as sourcemeters, as two- and four-quadrant models. Ideal for semiconductor and functional tests in laboratories and ATE applications. With data loggers, also known as switching and data acquisition (DAQ) systems, you can record measurement data over time. Choose between versions that integrate the devices as modules in mainframes and compact, robust or PC-based (USB) models. All SMUs and modular DAQs have an integrated digital multimeter.
