D6000USBB | Universal Serial Bus (USB) software for InfiniiVision 6000 X series oscilloscopes

The USB software bundle for the oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision 6000 X series from Keysight enables the triggering and decoding of the USB 2.0 low, full and hi-speed protocol as well as the triggering and decoding of USB PD (Power Delivery) . This package also enables advanced analysis functions , including automatic USB 2.0 signal quality check, jitter analysis, mask test and frequency response analysis (Bode plots) to support the testing and debugging of high-speed digital signals such as USB 2.0.

  • This package enables serial triggering and decoding for USB 2.0 low and full speed, USB 2.0 Hi-Speed, USB Power Delivery (USB PD), together with the functions USB 2.0 signal quality check, jitter analysis, eye diagrams, mask test and frequency response analysis
  • Verification of the analog quality of signals generated by USB hubs, hosts and devices based on the USB-IF compliance standards
  • Triggering on different USB packet types like token, data, handshake, special and different error conditions like PID, CRC and glitch errors
  • Dual bus decoding with time-interleaved protocol lister display
  • Serial decode track time-correlated with USB waveforms
  • Compatible with segmented memory capture with decoding on every packet captured
  • Precision differential probes available
  • Easy jitter analysis with automask setup, low noise and histogram function
