Description
61603 | AC source, 1.5 kVA, 300 V, 15 to 1 kHz
The programmable AC source of the Chroma 61600 series deliver pure AC and DC current suitable for instruments at a very low cost. The 61600 AC power source offers an output voltage between 0 and 300 VAC and a frequency between 15 and 1000 Hz.
Easy-to-use software enables users to edit an automatically executable profile and record the measurement data during the test. It is suitable for applications in the areas of commercial, avionics, marine and military in the workshop up to mass production.
The 61600 AC source produces a very clean AC output with a typical distortion of less than 0.3-0.5%. With the power factor correction circuit, the 61600 AC source achieves higher efficiency and provides more output power. With its state-of-the-art PWM technology, Chromas 61600 AC source is capable of delivering 6 times the peak current compared to its maximum rated current, making it ideal for input current testing.
Using advanced DSP technology, the 61600 AC source provides precision and high-speed measurements such as: B. RMS voltage, RMS current, active power, power factor and current peak factor.
Due to the possibility of using the source as a DC source or with a DC offset, the range of application only extends for loads <20uF or in conjunction with an optional DC noise filter. The 61600 AC source also has an external analog input to amplify the analog signal from the freely selectable signal generator. Therefore, it can simulate the particular waveform observed in this area. With the LCD display and the rotary knob, the Chromas 61600 AC power source offers a wide range of operations on the front panel. Users can also operate the 61600 remotely via a GPIB, RS-232 or APG (analog programming) interface. The self-diagnosis routine and the comprehensive protective measures for OPP, OCP, OVP and OTP ensure quality and reliability even with the most demanding technical tests and ATE applications.
