With the powerful AC source 61508 from Chroma, you can simulate the realistic conditions of an AC power supply by means of programmable output powers and also take into account grid disturbances such as voltage fluctuations or pulse peaks. An optimal test environment with defined test parameters enables you to precisely characterize your electronic components and power electronics.
With the 61500 series AC power supply units, you can simulate a wide range of grid faults to check the immunity of your DUT and to perform EMC compliance and pre-compliance tests in DIN EN 61000. STEP and PULSE modes simplify the step-by-step or continuous change of the output parameters, e.g. B. to simulate power failures, transient overvoltages or voltage sinks. Such changes can be triggered by either internal or external events. With the LIST mode, even more complex wave functions can be generated from up to 100 sequences with different start-stop conditions.
The AC power supply 61508 can generate single and three-phase output parameters and fulfills the latest test requirements in industry and trade - for demanding laboratory tests in design development or quality assurance up to applications in mass production.
