The Chroma 11802 series programmable high frequency AC testers are digitally controlled RF AC sources that can be combined with a high frequency voltage/current boost module to provide high voltage/high current. The output test frequency of the Chroma 11802 series is 20 kHz ~ 200 kHz, covering the application frequency range for various SMPS, LCD inverters, etc.

The Chroma 11802 series offers digital functions such as a programmable sine wave output voltage regulator to simulate the operating conditions for the device under test, a cycle counting mode or a timer mode for load life testing, etc. The Chroma 11802 series uses a tracking DC source for the output amplifier to reduce power consumption and reduce temperature rise. This reduces power costs and improves stability in long-term testing. The AC sources are ideal for quality testing of various electronic components used at high frequencies, such as LCD inverters and modules, high voltage capacitors, the primary side of SMPS main power supply, CCFl, HCFl and EEFl etc.

The Chroma 11890 variant is the optimal choice in the production of high voltage electronic RF components, such as LCD inverter transformer, ceramic capacitor, cable, PCB, automatic motor corona discharge test and medical equipment high frequency leakage current safety test.

The Chroma 11891 version is a specialized test device for HF HV load life tests (CV and CC mode). It is suitable for testing the life of passive components.
