Description
CA6108 Device Tester for Safety and Repeat Tests (P01145354)
The device tester CA6108 is used for the safety-related testing of electrical equipment according to DIN VDE 0701-0702 or ÖVE 8701 and DGUV regulation 3 as well as of electromedical devices according to DIN VDE 0751-1 or ÖVE 8751. Optionally, the device also enables the testing of arc welding devices according to DIN VDE 0544-4.
The ideal test device for your compulsory tests according to DGUV regulation 3 (BGV A3) with automatic test procedure and good / bad evaluation.
On the large-format illuminated display, the user is guided in every test sequence by a context help in plain text as well as by connection diagrams. All results are displayed with a good / bad rating.
Thanks to the full QUERTZ keyboard and the large internal memory, all information about the test objects and comments on their test results can be stored directly on site in the device tester. Annoying post-processing is therefore no longer necessary when creating the test report. In order to also avoid new entries for repeat tests, it is possible to transfer master data to the device. All information or measurement configurations for the device under test can thus be called up directly or with the aid of a barcode or transponder scanner and used again.
All measurements are carried out via a single socket and a measuring probe with fully automatic line compensation. An additional IEC socket is available for direct full testing of IEC connection and extension cables - standard or optional with RCD type A / B or PRCD, PRCD-S, PRCD-K. Various extension line adapters for different three-phase systems (16, 32, or 63A) are also available.
With the help of a current clamp, available as an accessory, leakage currents can be measured directly on permanently connected devices without having to disconnect them. Various suitable measuring adapters are available for measuring leakage currents on three-phase test objects.
In order to track down the power guzzlers in standby mode, there is the option of activating a standby current and power measurement according to EU regulation 1275/2008.
The CA6108 device tester has a large internal memory for 100,000 measurements and a USB interface for bidirectional data exchange with a PC via USB stick or cable.
The extremely easy-to-use CA Appliance "Standard" PC software offers, in addition to protocol generation, the option of automatically managing and archiving master and test data in standard formats (Microsoft Word and Excel).
The following measurement and test functions are available:
- Protective conductor resistance measurement: 0.000 Ω to 4.000 Ω
