The 5493C is the high-resolution 6½-digit benchtop digital multimeter from the renowned 5490C series from B&K Precision. With an exceptional basic accuracy of 35 ppm (0.0035 %) in the DC voltage range, this device offers maximum precision for demanding measurement tasks in calibration laboratories, research, development and quality control.
The 5493C offers a wide range of measurement functions, fast data processing with up to 1000 measurements per second and graphical analysis tools such as histogram, trend chart and bar graph, making it ideal for professional applications. The dual measurement display allows the simultaneous acquisition of two measured variables (e.g. voltage and frequency).
Compared to the 5½-digit variants 5492C and 5492CGPIB, the 5493C model offers a significantly higher resolution and accuracy (35 ppm instead of 100 ppm). Particularly noteworthy are the rear input terminals, which are only available on the 6½-digit devices - ideal for use in rack operation. Those who require even more comprehensive system integration can opt for the 5493CGPIB variant with GPIB interface.
