The 4062B is a powerful, two-channel function and arbitrary waveform generator of the 4060B series from B&K Precision. It combines modern DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) technology with a true arbitrary architecture for particularly precise and low-noise signal shapes. Its high flexibility makes the device suitable for a wide range of applications in research and development, electronics manufacturing, laboratory environments and education.

Thanks to its support for a wide range of modulation types (AM, FM, PM, PSK, FSK, ASK, PWM), extensive waveform options (Sine, Square, Triangle, Pulse, Noise, Arbitrary) and the ability to create your own signals using the supplied software, the 4062B offers maximum freedom when testing and developing electronic systems.

The intuitive 4.3" touch display, extensive I/O interfaces (USB, LAN), an internal frequency counter and a large number of integrated waveforms round off the profile and make the 4062B an indispensable tool for professional measurement technology.

  • Memory: 80 MB file memory, 10 storable device settings
  • Frequency counter: 0.1 Hz to 200 MHz
  • Display: 4.3" TFT touchscreen (24 bit color)
  • Interfaces: USB Host, USB Device (USBTMC), LAN

The 4060B series includes the 4062B, 4063B and 4064B models. While all three models have two channels, 16-bit resolution and the same modulation functions, they differ significantly in the frequency range of the signal output. The 4062B model is the entry-level version with a maximum sine frequency range of 40 MHz. The 4063B extends this range to 80 MHz, while the 4064B as the top model can generate signals up to 120 MHz.

Users who primarily work with lower to medium frequencies will find the 4062B a cost-effective solution with a full range of functions. For applications that require a higher bandwidth or faster signals, we recommend the 4063B or 4064B.
