The 4054B is a powerful dual-channel function and arbitrary waveform generator that impresses with its high signal quality, extensive modulation options and user-friendly operation. It is equipped with a large 4.3-inch color display, an intuitive menu system and a USB interface for quick saving and loading of settings.
With 196 pre-installed arbitrary waveforms, a fast 150 MSa/s arbitrary waveform generator and precise control of amplitude, frequency, phase and offset, the 4054B is suitable for demanding applications in electronics development, measurement technology and education. The synchronizable channels, tracking function and internal summing mode for complex signal shapes are particularly helpful.
Compared to the basic 4053B version, the 4054B extends the maximum frequency range of sine and square wave signals to 30 MHz, offering greater flexibility for applications with higher frequency requirements. The remaining functionality - including the 14-bit arbitrary waveform generator, the various modulation modes, the user interface and memory functions - remains identical to the 4053B model. Compared to the top model 4055B, which supports up to 60 MHz, the 4054B offers an excellent price-performance ratio for professional applications in the medium frequency range.
