The 1693 & 1694 series high current switching power supplies from B&K Precision offer a powerful and efficient power supply in a compact and lightweight design. With an output of up to 900 W, these power supplies enable a variable output voltage and high output currents. The high efficiency of over 85% under optimum conditions ensures low energy losses and a reliable power supply.

Thanks to their compact design, high output power and precise control options, the power supplies are ideal for use in laboratories, electronics development and industrial applications. The devices have protection circuits against overtemperature and overvoltage as well as an analog remote control option for voltage regulation or for switching the output on/off.

The model 1693 presented here offers a variable output voltage of 1 V to 15 V with a maximum output current of 60 A. Compared to the 1694 variant, which provides an output voltage of up to 30 V at 30 A, the 1693 model is optimized for applications with higher current levels at lower voltage.

Differences between the variants

The 1693 model offers a higher current level (up to 60 A) than the 1694 model (30 A).
However, the model 1694 can provide a higher voltage (up to 30 V), while the model 1693 is limited to 15 V.
The auxiliary output power of the model 1693 is 5 A, while the model 1694 only offers 3 A.
