dataTec provides training. Because we see training as an investment. In your personal and professional development, in yourself, in the future of the company.
You are never alone with us. We currently have trainees specialising in office management, warehouse logistics and e-commerce. In the past, we have also successfully trained apprentices in marketing.
Always with the aim of welcoming the trainees as permanent employees at dataTec once they have completed their training!

Internal training for all trainees and working together on projects are an integral part of training at dataTec.
On World Cleanup Day 2024, 18 dataTec employees collected around 20 kg of rubbish. The day of action, including a supporting programme and catering, was organised by the trainees for the second time.
Would you like to get a taste of international life? As part of your training, the school usually offers you an ERASMUS programme in another European country. During these four weeks you will study and work abroad. We at dataTec are happy to support you and release you for part of the time.
Our then trainee Judith went to Dublin in 2022 and brought a colourful bouquet of experiences back home with her.
Learning at dataTec means that you are right in the thick of things from day one. You will experience different teams within the company, go along to trade fairs, visit the mail centre or look over the shoulder of our partner print shop. Depending on the focus of your training, you will get to know different aspects of your workplace.
Because we think so: An apprenticeship is not just there to get you up to speed professionally. It's a time to grow, to get to know new sides of yourself and to learn for life.
As a company and as an employer, dataTec is always forward-looking. This is not only reflected in the fact that we train apprentices in different specialisms every year. But also in important changes in the area of digitalisation, a new web shop, investments in our employees and efforts in sustainability.
For this reason, we were recognised for the second time as an „Employer of the Future“ in 2025 by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (diind).
