Die Keithley 4201-SMU ist eine hochpräzise Source-Measure-Unit (SMU) innerhalb des 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzers. Sie kombiniert Spannungs- und Stromquelle mit Amperemeter und Voltmeter für genaue DC-I-V-Messungen. Mit Vier-Quadranten-Fähigkeit kann sie sowohl Strom liefern als auch aufnehmen und unterstützt Lastkapazitäten bis zu 10 µF. Optional bietet sie extrem niedrige Strommessungen bis zu 10 aA mit dem 4200-PA Remote Preamp. Ideal für präzise Charakterisierung in der Halbleiterindustrie und anderen anspruchsvollen Anwendungen.
