The models in the FLIR Ex series are easy-to-use thermal imaging cameras that open up a new dimension of examination options for the user. As an inexpensive replacement for a point pyrometer, they generate a thermal image with temperature data from each pixel. A FLIR thermal imaging camera can cover an entire area without ever overlooking a potential problem area, no matter how small it may be.

Absolutely simple operation: Thanks to a fixed, focus-free lens, the FLIR cameras of the Ex series are extremely easy to use. The E5-XT model has an extended temperature range and measures up to +400 ° C instead of up to +250 ° C. By simply aiming and recording, you can generate JPEG thermal images that contain all the required temperature data in no time at all.

Daylight camera and FLIR-patented MSX process: A built-in digital camera makes observations and inspections faster and easier, since the daylight images can be used as a reference to the thermal image. FLIR's patented MSX technology delivers thermal images with outstanding image quality in real time. This results in razor-sharp thermal images, faster alignment to the target and clear reports without interference data.
