MSO46-4-BW-1500 | MSO4 mixed signal oscilloscope, 6 channel, 1.5 GHz bandwidth
The MSO46 mixed-signal oscilloscope with FlexChannel technology optimizes system visibility for complex signals in verification and debugging processes. The four FlexChannel inputs each offer an analog signal input or eight digital logic inputs (with an optional logic probe). The MSO46 oscilloscope thus has a max. 48 digital channels. Analog signals can be displayed as a curve or as a frequency spectrum - both views simultaneously. This makes the oscilloscope-based analysis in the frequency domain as simple as with a spectrum analyzer, while the time reference to other signal events remains.
The digital channels have the same high real-time sampling rate of up to 6.25 GSa / s for high-precision timing resolutions and the same long recording length (up to 62.5 million points) for long-term acquisitions as the analog channels. The large 13.3-inch color display with touch function and Full HD resolution enables you to view many signals and analyzes clearly and simultaneously.
Digital voltmeter, arbitrary function generator and performance analysis:
The MSO46 oscilloscope offers an integrated 4-digit digital voltmeter (DVM) and an 8-digit trigger frequency counter for the precise display of the frequency of the executed trigger event. Each of the analog inputs can serve as a source for the voltmeter. The same probes are used for this as for the use of the oscilloscope. The MSO Series 4 also has an optional, integrated arbitrary function generator (AFG), which is ideally suited for the simulation of sensor signals or for generating noise signals when carrying out limit value tests. The signal generator enables the output of predefined signals up to 50 MHz and offers 128,000-point recording for loading signals from an internally stored file or a USB storage device. The optional performance analysis package enables fast and reproducible analyzes of performance quality, harmonics, switching loss, modulation, ripple as well as efficiency, amplitudes or time measurements.
Triggering and analysis of serial protocols:
The MSO Series 4 optionally offers a comprehensive set of reliable tools for common serial buses such as I2C, SPI, I3C, RS-232/422/485 / UART, SPMI, CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, SENT, USB 2.0, Ethernet, I2S, LJ, RJ, TDM, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, Spacewire, 8B / 10B and NRZ. Parallel buses are also supported by the MSO46 (standard). With serial protocol triggering you can trigger on certain packet contents, e.g. B. package start, specific address, unique identifier or error. The bus signal is time-correlated to all other signals displayed, so that the timing relationships between the different parts of the tested system are easy to determine. Decode tables provide a tabular view of all decoded packets from one capture.
