The PXI ‑ 4461 is designed for noise and vibration applications. The module enables the generation of dynamic signals and the acquisition on two channels. In addition, the input range can be configured with one of six amplifier parameters. It also has software-configurable AC / DC coupling and IEPE conditioning. The PXI ‑ 4461 includes the hardware and software necessary to make precision measurements using microphones, accelerometers, and other transducers with a wide dynamic range. Common areas of application include audio tests, NVH analyzes (noise, vibration, and harshness) and machine condition monitoring.
