The N2889A from Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) is a cost-effective probe with a bandwidth of 350 MHz and a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (in 10:1 attenuator mode) in order to introduce the lowest possible load at the measuring point. The attenuator ratio can be switched from 1:1 or 10:1 with a switch in the probe head.

The compensation of the probe head can be tuned to either high or low frequencies. For best measurement results, the probe should be tuned to the respective oscilloscope.
This probe can be used with all oscilloscopes with an input capacitance of: 5 to 30 pF.
The probe is intended for general applications.
