The FLIR Ex-Series thermal imaging camera is particularly suitable for electrical and mechanical inspections.

Its ability to detect potential problem areas ensures that systems can be examined quickly and easily and malfunctions can be avoided. The FLIR Ex-Series models are easy-to-use thermal imaging cameras that open up a new dimension of inspection possibilities for the user. As an inexpensive replacement for a spot pyrometer, they produce a thermal image with temperature data from each pixel. A FLIR thermal imaging camera can cover an entire area without ever missing a potential problem area, no matter how small.

Absolutely simple to use: Thanks to a fixed, focus-free lens, the FLIR Ex-Series cameras are extremely easy to use. The E6-XT model has an extended temperature range and measures up to +550 °C instead of +250 °C. By simply aiming and recording, you can generate JPEG thermal images in no time at all, which contain all the necessary temperature data.

Daylight camera and FLIR-patented MSX process: A built-in digital camera makes observations and inspections faster and easier, as the daylight images can be used as a reference to the thermal image. FLIR's patented MSX technology delivers thermal images with outstanding image quality in real time. This results in razor-sharp thermal images, faster alignment to the target and clear reports without noise data.
