The all in one solution: The compact tester of the 1800 series combines the protective conductor test, insulation test, high voltage test, leakage current test, function test and continuity test in one device and therefore enables tests according to many standards (IEC, EN, UL, VDE, etc.).
With 7 tests in one device, the LG 1800 can be used in many different ways in industry. Whether manufacturer of household appliances, power tools, motors or calibration laboratories, etc. With this device you as the user are always right. The test device combines all important safety tests, such as protective conductor test, insulation test, high voltage test AC and DC, leakage current test, function test and continuity test according to the current standards (VDE, EN, IEC, UL, etc.).
The test device is ideally suited for both manual workplaces and in production for routine and series testing. Due to the safety current limitation according to EN 50191, no further protective measures such as a test hood, two-hand operation or shut-off are required.

Particularly important in production: The test object is only contacted once and the automatic test sequence takes place after the start approval. There is no need to re-plug the device under test and you save time in series production. Visual text view steps enable the operator to use the menu through the entire test procedure in a user-friendly manner. The USB interface enables storage and standard-compliant logging of all parameters as well as test and measurement results. The program memory adapts dynamically to the test requirements. Remote control with the PC is possible using convenient WINDOWS software.
The test device combines the following seven test types according to the VDE / EN standard:
- High voltage test AC: 100 - 5500 VAC / 3 mA
- High voltage test DC: 100 - 6000 VDC / 10 mA
- Insulation test: 100 - 6000 VDC / max. 10 GOhm
- Protective conductor test: 10 to 30 AAC / 0 - 400 mOhm / 6 V and 12 V
- Function test: 0 - 300 VAC / 0 - 16 A
- Continuity test: 24 VDC / 0.6 A
- Replacement leakage current test: 100 - 270 VAC / 0 - 10 mA
