ZVH-K42 | Vector network analysis, application, retrofitting (1309.6846.03)

The Rohde & Schwarz ZVH can be retrofitted for additional requirements such as vector two-port network analysis. The retrofitting is carried out by software activation or additional equipment, the device does not have to be sent in.

The Rohde & Schwarz ZVH-K42 option extends the Rohde & Schwarz ZVH into a vector two-port network analyzer. With a measurement setup, adaptation and transmission behavior, for example of filters or amplifiers in the forward and backward direction, can be determined quickly and with high accuracy. There is an increase in measurement accuracy through vectorial system error correction, a measurement of the amount and phase of the S parameters S11, S21, S12 and S22 is possible, the split screen mode enables simultaneous display of the amount and phase, and four different ones can be used simultaneously S parameters are displayed. In addition, a Smith chart with zoom function can be displayed, all common marker formats are supported, the reference impedance for measurement objects with an impedance ≠ 50 Ω can be entered, a measurement of the electrical length is possible and the group delay can be determined.
