Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006(REACH) and Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS) are central regulations of the European Union for the registration of chemical substances and the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. In Switzerland, these requirements apply in an adapted form via the Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance (ORRChem) and the Substances Ordinance (SO).
Our manufacturers and suppliers are obliged to meet the requirements imposed on them by REACH and RoHS or the corresponding national regulations. We will inform you of any changes to our delivery products caused by REACH, RoHS or their Swiss implementation as part of our business relationship and agree upon suitable measures with you in individual cases.
