HSDP4010 | High-Speed Differential Tastkopf, 4 GHz, ±8 V diff, 10:1, 1,3 m Kabel

Die HSDP-Serie zeichnet sich durch erstklassige Leistung aus, wobei Modelle mit einer Frequenz von über 2 GHz und einem Bereich von ±42V für differentielle Eingangsspannungen sowie einer Bandbreite von über 4 GHz bei ±8V zur Verfügung stehen. Die hohe Eingangsimpedanz, niedriges Rauschen und ein gemeinsamer Modus Spannungsbereich von 60V machen die verschiedenen Modelle besonders geeignet für verschiedene Messungen in Schaltkreisen zur Entwicklung, Überprüfung und Fehlerbehebung von analogen Signalen, wie sie in Schaltnetzteilen verwendet werden.

Die HSDP-Sondenserie ist auch optimal geeignet, um eine breite Palette von Designs für Serienbusse zu charakterisieren und unterstützt die gängigsten Serienbus-Schnittstellen wie USB2.0, Ethernet (GbE), CAN/LIN, I2C, SPI, SATA, FireWire (1394b), FlexRay, HDMI usw.
