The PMK HORNET4kV voltage probe is a powerful instrument for precise high voltage measurements in power electronics. With an impressive bandwidth of over 300MHz and an input range of ±4000V, it is particularly well suited for demanding applications such as SiC and IGBT devices. Its high voltage capability enables the measurement of differential and common mode voltages up to ±4000V, making it versatile. In addition, it delivers precise measurement results even with fast switching thanks to its wide bandwidth. Safety features are also integrated to protect users and equipment during high voltage measurements. With a factory calibration to ISO17025, the HORNET4kV offers reliable performance and is an indispensable tool for engineers and technicians who need to make highly precise high voltage measurements.
