Description
ATE2000 | Active probe, 2.5 GHz, ±8 V, 6 m
The ATE2000 active probe is a powerful solution for dynamic in-circuit measurements in automated test environments (ATE). With an impressive bandwidth of up to 2.5GHz and a generous cable length of 6m, it is ideal for use in 3D positioning systems such as flying probes and other XYZ positioning systems. The specially designed accessories ensure repeatable, high-precision measurements with a bandwidth of over 1GHz between test points that are up to 50mm apart.
The ATE2000 impresses with a dynamic input voltage range of ±8V and a high input impedance of 2MΩ//0.6pF, making it a versatile solution for numerous applications. These include automated fault analysis in service centers and testing safety-relevant electronics in autonomous flight and driving applications. The universal BNC interface guarantees compatibility with oscilloscopes that have a 50Ω input impedance.
Additional safety is provided by the high-impedance 1MΩ reference connection, which enables safe testing of live circuits without the risk of damage from short circuits. The offset of the probe can be easily adjusted using the "PMK Probe Control" software, which is included with the PMK power supplies.
