SKID is a unique platform designed to make it easier for users to test and debug PCB assemblies.

The modular structure enables the user to expand and adapt the skid so that it is tailored precisely to its application. SKID is available in three versions. SKID S for PCBs with 160 x 160 mm, which corresponds to the 3U standard, SKID M for 6U cards and SKID L for larger cards with up to 300 x 340 mm. The PCB assembly is clamped 10 mm above the frame in all models to ensure better accessibility. Skid itself stands on 90 mm stilts so that it can be tested from above and below on the PCB assembly.

Standard M6 threads can be found everywhere on the frame and enable the installation of accessories such as probe holders, lamps or anything else that makes work easier for the user. Depending on the configuration, Skid can be used for environmental tests in climate test chambers for temperatures from -55 to + 150 ° C.
