The NI 9212 is a channel-to-channel isolated thermocouple input module for CompactDAQ and CompactRIO systems. The channel-to-channel isolation of the NI 9212 protects the individual eight channels from continuous voltages up to 250 Vrms and transient voltages up to 1500 Vrms. The voltage measurement range is ±78 mV with a resolution of 24 bit. A 50 Hz/60 Hz noise suppression is available. The NI 9212 can be used in a variety of applications where banked isolated channels are less suitable, including home appliance testing, in-vehicle and on-vehicle data logging, battery stack testing and other applications in noisy industrial environments.
