Seminar DIAdem | Exploring Data Interactively Using DIAdem, 3 days, 08.-10.09.2025 in Munich (DIADEM1_M_250908)

The "DIAdem Basics" course covers the basics of data management functions in the DIAdem development environment. The course shows you how to perform analysis, reporting and data management functions in DIAdem. You will learn how to import data sets, analyze them mathematically and visually, and create publication-ready reports. You will understand how to find the data to import using simple search terms and conditions, view loaded data and perform channel-related calculations on it. The course covers how to create reports to visualize the data, including graphs and tables. In addition, the course prepares you to use Visual Basic Script to automate each of these tasks and create DIAdem applications.

Overview of the topics:

  • Searching for data to import using simple search terms and conditions
  • Importing ASCII files and loading Technical Data Management (TDM) files
  • Displaying and graphically analyzing loaded data
  • Performing channel-related calculations on loaded data
  • Creating a log to display the data (e.g., data analysis, data analysis, etc.). B. graphs and tables)
  • Automate these steps with DIAdem-SCRIPT
  • Execute the most common tasks in DIAdem

  • New DIAdem users
  • Users and senior technical staff who are evaluating DIAdem for an upcoming purchase decision

Recommended course prerequisites:

  • Experience in working with Windows, programming knowledge an advantage, but not required
