867011-02 | PXI oscilloscope bundle PXIe-SCP5101, expandable, with PXI chassis PXIe-1083 & oscilloscope PXIe-5110, 2 channels, 100 MHz

The NI PXIe-SCP5101 bundle includes the 5-slot PXI chassis PXIe-1083 and the PXI oscilloscope PXIe-5110. The PXIe-5110 has 2 channels with a sampling rate of up to 1 GS/s. In addition, the PXIe-5110 features trigger modes, a large memory depth, and a device driver with data streaming and analysis capabilities that are ideal for high-speed signal applications that require up to 100 MHz analog bandwidth and flexible measurement configurations are. The included chassis features all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling performance, and an integrated Thunderbolt 3 MXI Express controller. The bundle also includes two standard passive SP500X oscilloscope probes with fixed 10x attenuation for oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input impedance. In addition, the PXIe-SCP5101 bundle includes a Thunderbolt cable and a power cord.
