NI (National Instruments) Circuit Design Suite includes Multisim and Ultiboard software programs that provide you with a complete toolset for circuit design, simulation, validation, and design. - Circuit Design Suite Professional provides intuitive and cost-effective circuit design tools. The suite enables interactive SPICE simulation and seamless transition to PCB layout and routing software. The suite is intended for research and teaching as well as for circuit design and includes complex simulation functions with which the functioning of the circuit can be determined under different framework conditions. The software includes advanced simulation types, including worst case analysis, which gives you complete control over your simulation environment for better design insight.

A notice:

This subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rates when it expires, billed through National Instruments (NI). Unless otherwise specified in the offer, your license is a time-limited license (also known as a "subscription license"). The contractual term of the license begins on the date of our invoice to you, unless it ends earlier in accordance with the provisions of this contract or the offer states otherwise. Upon expiration of the License Term, your Subscription License will automatically renew for a further year unless terminated by either party by notice to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the renewal period. The renewal fee may change from time to time and is at NI's discretion. In such event, NI will notify you of the new fee at least sixty (60) days before the end of the license term. If you do not agree to the new fee, you must notify us at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the new license term that you do not wish to renew. You are also aware that certain personal data relevant to the relevant order and future contractual purposes will be shared with National Instruments (NI), who will act as the data controller.
