The NI-9470 is a digital output module with proportional valve drive control. You can use the NI-9470 to perform pulse width modulation (PWM), dither control, and current readback. The NI-9470 has eight output channels that are compatible with signals from 5 to 30 V, as well as surge protection against transients between the output channels and the backplane.
